Lauryn Hill’s Childhood ‘Voice Transplant’ Scandal Revealed

Lauryn Hill’s childhood friend Sinead Mawali has spoken out for the first time about an illegal back street voice box swap they had in 1986, both aged 11.

The Hill family observed both children as they embarked on their quest for stardom. Sinead began making strides in the industry whilst Lauren’s voice began to weaken with maturity hindering her progression.

The Hill family, strewn with jealously and greed, contacted a back street surgeon and approached Mawali’s family with $1m to swap voice boxes with their daughter.

The Mawali family were struggling financially and had no choice but to go through with the tough decision to put their daughter under the knife.

After the successful completion of the operation Sinead Mawali and her family fled their home of New Jersey, US to live on the Haitian island Petite Cayemite – they still live there 21 years on

Lauryn Hill’s career has since blossomed earning multiple Grammy Awards for both her solo and group work with the Fugees in the mid 90’s.

Sinead Mawali has made an emotional pledge to Lauryn pleading “I just want some recognition, my voice has made her who she is today.”

Lauryn Hill has yet to comment on the bizarre accusations.
